17 Nisan akşamı Acil servisini kullandik, kullanmaz olsaydık iyileşmek için gittiğimiz hastanede daha kötü olarak çıktık.Doktorlarinin dahi hastalarıyla nasıl konuşması gerektiğini bilmediği bir hastane, bir daha kesinlikle gitmeyeceğim.Paranız ile rezil olmak istiyorsanız gidebilirsiniz.

Kardeşimin ön çapraz bağ operasyonu nedeniyle bir gece Cihan Hastanesi’nde kaldık. Gerek yardımcı sağlık personeli gerek hemşire gerek doktor gerekse hastanenin Cafe’si olan West Cafe çalışanları ve ordan aldığımız hizmet dahil hepsinden çok memnun kaldık. Ne istesek ne ihtiyacımız olsa hemen ilgilenildi, postop süreci sıkıntısız ve huzurlu geçirdik. Yemekler de çok güzeldi, servis de çok güzeldi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz?

Yanlışlıkla aciline gittik, Allah bir daha düşürmesin; yüksek tansiyon sebebiyle gittiğimizde hiçbir ilgi alaka gösterilmedi. Dil altı hapı verilerek biz başka bir şey yapamayız diyerek yolladılar. Sonradan öğrendik ki hastamızın beynine pıhtı atmış. Hiç bir şekilde gidilmesini tavsiye etmiyorum

I am very satisfied with the services. My back surgery was sucessful, I was able to go home one day after my microdiscectomy and my recovery was easy.(Wonderful neurosurgeon Dr. Şükrü Inan), my son's surgery was also perfect. Post operative care was very good. (Pediatric surgeon Mehmet Atilla TEKİN).

This was the worst nightmare in my life !!!! The ward staff !! Specially the morning shift !! RUDE RUDE RUDE ! No one in the entire hospital can speaks english ! NO ONE ! I have been waiting for the discharge papers like for 1 hour and 45 min !! In the IV needle still was in my mom arms ! She told me that she want them to remove the needle “ hurts me so much “ and she was already discharged ! The rude nurses insisted that a discharged papers must be signed and until that time we will remove the needle ! Ok i respected that process !! But whyyy 1 hour 45 min for a piece of paper !!! Finallyy after the discharged papers arrived i took them and payed in the discharge office !! I told the nurses ok here is your papers so please remove the needle for my mother’s hand !! She told me ok go to her room and wait ! I went to my mother room and waited for 10 min for her majesty! And she didn’t shows up ! My mom went her self to the nurses reception in the ward and told them remove it please The nurses rudely speaks in turkish , which we don’t understand , and without any sanitization she dragged the needle for my mother’ arm ! And hurt her and give her a band aid and tissues for her blood !! What the hell ??? I will never comeback there not even if im dying !!!! Very bad hospital !!
