Kendisi Ameliyattan başka çaren yok dedi ve kendisine Ameliyat oldum. Şu an çok şükür iyiyim. Kendisine sonsuz Teşekkürler ediyorum. İyiki varlar. Sağolsunlar. Çok memnun kaldım. Tüm hastane personelinin Başarılarının devamını dilerim. Herkese ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Ultrasound was done. Colonoscopy and endoscopy were performed by our general surgeon, Kenan Bey. They found my problem right away. The staff are friendly and excellent. I was very satisfied. Çok hasta olduğumdan dolayı (kovid sonrası yoğun öksürük, sinüzit vs.) KBB'den randevu almak için aradım. Bana 1 hafta sonrasına randevu verebileceklerini söylediler. Çok hasta olmamdan dolayı çok ısrar ettim. Aradan almaları için rica ettim ancak hiç taviz vermediler. Hastalığı ilerlemiş ve eski hastası olan birini böyle geçiştirmek yerine, ona yardımcı olmanın gerektiği kanaatindeyim. A hospital that is very insensitive to patients. Since I am very sick (intense cough after covid, sinusitis, etc.) I called to make an appointment with the ENT. They told me they could make an appointment for 1 week later. I insisted a lot because I was very sick. I asked them to take it from the middle, but they did not make any concessions. I think it is necessary to help someone who has advanced disease and has a former patient, instead of passing it off like this.

All employees acted extremely polite, interested and directing. Mr. Sait Yücel is an idealist physician who reassures people, respects patient rights, can always be reached on his private phone and gets back to you even if you cannot reach him.
