★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temiz ve hijyenik mekan. Eşimle birlikte özel ders aldik Eda hocadan. Bel ağrım ikinci, üçüncü seanstan sonra neredeyse kalmadi. Bel fıtığı olanlara ozellikle tavsiyemdir.
Clean and hygienic place. My wife and I took private lessons from Eda. My lower back pain was almost gone after the second and third session. I especially recommend it to those who have lumbar hernia.

Daha önce Pilates deneyimim olmuştu ancak aletli ile ilk deneyimim. Mat üzerinde yapılan pilatesten çok daha konforlu. Aletler gözünüzü korkutmasın, normalde zor. Ancak Eda Hoca kişinin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda zoru kolaylaştırıyor. Her şey için teşekkürler.
Primefit Reformer Pilates Studio Eda is very enjoyable with her smiling eyes, patience and approach.
I had Pilates experience before, but this is my first experience with tools. Much more comfortable than pilates on a mat. Don't be intimidated by the tools, they are normally difficult. However, Eda Hodja facilitates the difficulty in line with the needs of the person. Thanks for everything.
