The materials are of high quality, but the workmanship is zero. Water pours out from the terraces and balconies. Insulation is below zero. Although we are tenants ourselves, we are trying to make up these shortcomings. All the walls swelled with water and became moldy. Even the parquet is swollen. The host is not interested.
