The rooms and the whole complex are great, but we got disappointed of the service. Waiters are sometimes rude.

Please don't choose this hotel if you work online and you don't wanna lose your job! The internet there is awful!

This is not a 5 star hotel. 4 star maximum. Food - very poor. Beach - perfect Staff - perfect Rooms - old, but everything is working. Territory - perfect

We visited the hotel in July, 2019. The rooms are quite fine, the bathrooms are old and really need to be renovated, not very cleat at all. Our shower was broken as well as the door of the bathroom. Even more, we got locked so we had to call for assistance. The sheets got changed only twice for 7 nights, all were with red and brown stains (don`t even want to think about the reason behind). The beach is quite near, one minute by bus (around 300m) which is very comfortable - very long and nice beach, beach bar next to the sunbeds. Very very poor wi fi connection, almost none. No air conditioning in the corridors, very hot. The air conditioners in the rooms cannot stay ON when out, so when you comes back it is hot.The food was almost the same every day, very low quality, especially of the beverages, long queues for dinner. The beach bar offers cakes&coffee every afternoon which is waffles and very low quality ice cream only - the ice cream is limited per person so you cannot take as much as you wish. The pools are overcrowded, the sunbeds got reserved by 7:00AM so almost impossible to use them.The staff speaks only German so communication is very tough. If you do not speak German, they do not pay you attention at all. The spa includes Turkish bath and sauna only, both additionally paid. Very poor entertainment programs, in German only. All prices in Euro, in the entire Side as well so do not bring any Turkish liras. We expected much more from a 5-star hotel, I would not give more than 4-stars. The rest of the hotels around are way better with much better entertainment and service.

It's a really really beautiful place. With 4 water slides and two pools. And sometimes we have a bingo night at 21:30 o'clock.

Needs a overhall,reception area dark,then when you walk down to the bar area,there are loads of seating area,but very dirty,i.e. handmarks on the wood paneling,needs washing,seats are gruby. Waiters very rude,food not very good,no taste. Lids are left open,so when you help yourself to food its warmish. YES you help yourself to the food.no covid restrections here.

Very Bad food, my entire family had a food intoxication and friends also, had to go to the hospital for this! Also rude staff. Now i understand why other reviews says the same thing. Avoid if you don't want to happen to you too.
