The adjective is just a deception of giving people the appearance of a big company. If the flat owners do not know much about the law, they hold their annual meetings illegally via video conference. They do not fulfill their obligations. Their bids for work to be done in the building are exorbitantly high. For example, whatever the nature of the work to be done, the offers they receive are at least two or three times different. They are not honest. Their cunning is many. When you ask about their mistakes or the things they didn't do, they always respond by coming out on top like olive oil. They never admit their mistakes and business negligence. Many more problems we encountered can be written, but in summary, you can either have your building managed by an honest team, or you will be much more comfortable if you manage it well and badly. They don't deserve even one star, but it's the lowest option.
