PRESTİGE THERMAL SPA WELLNES HOTEL

I give 1 only for the meals and breakfast, the cleanliness is terrible, the attention is terrible, the discrimination of people is made.

Before entering Ankara, this is a resort-type hotel. The rooms are below average and the shower facilities are the worst (drainage and hot water are not properly controlled)

The rooms are not bad, the television is poor, the room cabinet was not working. The bathroom cabin, on the other hand, was covered with lime, could have been more well-maintained. The pools are small but nice. The sauna is very nice in a wooden floored room. The thermal pool was also good. The men's bath is one-tenth the size of the women's bath. It's almost as small as an apt bath and the waters are warm. The staff was very cold, the most polite was the asian girl, maybe because she came from a different civilization. The staff is serving at the buffet, you can't buy it yourself, it's good in a way, the food doesn't get mixed up and muddy. The main courses were delicious, but some of the food at breakfast was very stale. I think the food has been in circulation for a long time. There isn't much to do outside of the hotel. A conservative and oppressive culture already dominates this part of Ankara, as you can see, it is a bit of a country.

The sale of tea, cola and coffee for money in a 5-star hotel surprised me, the cleanliness is nice, the environment is comfortable, but the service is zero. Although the machines in the playground are 1.5 hours before the meal time is broken, most of the products are finished and are not renewed. I was amazed, there is nothing but water, products like cola with money. At the exit, they asked for 23 TL tea money. It doesn't suit a 5-star hotel, would I recommend it, of course I wouldn't. By emphasizing that, coffee, tea, acidic beverages cannot be sold for money in a 5-star hotel. If I had gone to the hourly bath from outside, I would have been more satisfied.

If anyone wants to go to the thermal e to chill, I strongly recommend it. I don't understand how it was given 5 stars. The rooms are cold, the solutions are electric stove, but it does not help, there is no cleaning, the pool is cold, the sauna is cold, the bath is cold. At the end of the 1st day, we officially fled. There was no hot water even in the room, when we called and asked, they said there was a problem and it couldn't be solved.
