★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenskale adindaki otobus sirketine hopadan trabzona gitmek icin saat 9 bucukta bindim ..ama benim koltuk numarami baska bir kisiye de sattiklarini gorrum..beni ayaga kaldirip benim yerime baskasini oturttular ve ben surekli otobus durdugunda inip binmek sorunda kaldim..tepki gosterdim fakat soför bu sefer beni baska bir koltuga oturttu..sonra ben sikayetimi bildirmek icin trabzondaki otogarda magduriyetimi ayni sirketin bilet satis noktasina bildirdim fakat ordaki gorevli uslubu cok kaba bir sekilde 'artik gecti o an bizi arayacaktiniz , su an bir sey yapilmaz' tarzinda konustu ...ben sikayet edecegimi soyleyince polis diye bagirmaya basladi..ve polisin oldugu odaya gittik.. daha yetkili olan kisi de magduriyetimi halletmedi ...sadece gorevlinin uyarilicagini soyledi...ayrica hopadan giderken 30 lira trabzondan hopaya gelirken de 27 lira olarak bilet satisi yaptiklarini soylediler..bunun nedeninin ne oldugu da arastirilmali..
Bu konu hakkinda gereginin yapilmasini ve bu sekilde insanlari magdur eden sirketlerin dentlenmesini ve ceza da almasini istiyorum..
