The Ulukışla-Pozantı section of the railways was put into service in 1914 and the Ulukışla Kayseri section in 1933. The Konya-Adana line, which is a part of the Baghdad-Berlin Railway, is connected to the Ulukışla-Kayseri line at the Kardeş Gediği station. Currently, the passenger train is not working due to the pandemic.
