★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir mağza degil..1 ay önce 2 yıl garantili diye aldığım bavul ilk kullanımda dağıldı..tamir için götürdüğümde 1 ay tamir süresi verdi...ürünü satan bayanla görüşmek istediğimde böyle birinin olmadığını söyledi...satış temsilcisini garantisini inkar eden birinden de bende ürünü teslim aldığına dair belge istedim...veremeyeceğini söyledi..yasl haklarımı kullanicam o yüzden ilk tamire gittiği tarih önemli dememe rağmen vermedi..bavuluda tamire almadı. Ürünü satarken her türlü garanti güler yüz yok oldu...tuketici olarak haklarını arayan biriyseniz alışveriş yapmanızı tavsiye etmem
It is definitely not a store that I would recommend.. The suitcase I bought 1 month ago for 2 years warranty fell apart in the first use.. When I took it for repair, it gave 1 month repair time.. When I wanted to talk to the lady who sold the product, she said that there was no such person.. The sales representative denied the warranty. I also asked someone for a document that he had received the product...he said he couldn't..I will use my legal rights, so he did not give me the date when he went to the repair first. All kinds of guarantees disappeared while selling the product... if you are someone who seeks their rights as a consumer, I do not recommend you to shop.
