Adres resmi kurum ve alıcı ise resmi olarak o gün yoklama ile ispatlı bir şekilde mesaide olan bir vatandaş. Nasıl oluyor da gidip kapalı/yerinde bulamıyorsunuz anlamıyorum...
100 defa telefon ile aradım fakat hiçbir şekilde cevap verilmiyor telefona.
Gerçekten yazık...

The address is the official institution and the recipient is a citizen who is officially working overtime, proved by polling that day. I don't understand how you can't go and find it closed / in place ...
I have called 100 times on the phone, but the phone is not answered in any way.
