 Never answer the phone. They don't deliver your cargo home, but the bad part is that they don't give you the cargo even when you go to the branch to get your cargo. You ask why? Because they're messy. Stay away from this cargo company unless you're down.

Do not use PTT cargo. They never deliver cargo and they want it to come and pick it up ourselves. Moreover, they say we came to your house and you were not at home. They don't answer phones. May my right be forbidden to the end

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya bu nasıl rezil bi kargo şirketi. Siparişimi 1 haftadan fazladır vermişim dağıtıma çıktı diye mesaj geliyo ama kargom ortalıkta yok mecburen gidip kendim almak zorunda kalıcam.
What a terrible cargo company this is. I get a message saying that I have given my order for more than 1 week, but my cargo is not around, I will have to go and get it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşlar gerçekten utanılacak bir durum. Kargo Çin den buraya 14 günde geldi 29 Nisandan beri Ağrı PTT kargo dağıtıma çıkarmıyor. İş olsun diye bir kaç telefon numarası var boşuna aramayın cevap veren yok. Yazık ya bir Ağrı lı olarak utandım.
Friends, it's really a shame. Cargo arrived here from China in 14 days Since April 29, Ağrı PTT has not distributed cargo. There are a few phone numbers for work, don't call in vain, no answer. Unfortunately I was embarrassed as a Ağrılı.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünün geç gelmesi mi dersin, geldikten sonra firma tarafında bekletilmesi mi dersin. Firmanın adamakıllı bir şubesinin olmaması mı dersin. Adamlar sırf Ağrı'da kargo adlarının olması için kargo şubesi açmış. Başka bi açıklaması yok. Başka firma getirsin 10 Lira fazla olsun o derece.
Do you say that the product comes late, or that it is kept by the company after it arrives. Do you think the company doesn't have a well-established branch. The men opened a cargo branch just to have cargo names in Ağrı. There is no other explanation. Let another company bring 10 Lira more than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ağrı'nın hatta tüm Türkiye'nin en rezil kargo şubesidir. Baştan aşağı rezil. Bir yerden sipariş verirken pttyle gelmemesi için namaza duruyorum o derece. Adam kargoyu getiriyor dağıtıma çıkarıyor. Kargomu bütün Ağrı'ya tur attırıyor. 3-4 gün sonra da bizzat kendiniz almanız durumunda teslim edilecektir diye mesaj atıyor. Burayı okuyan Ağrı PTT kargo çalışanları sizin hiç utanmanız yok mu? İşinizi doğru düzgün yapın.
Even with all the pain is Turkey's most infamous cargo branch. Disgrace from head to toe. When I order from somewhere, I stop to pray so that the pttyle does not come. The man brings the cargo and takes it out for distribution. My cargo is making a tour around Ağrı. He texts that it will be delivered after 3-4 days if you buy it yourself. Are you the Ağrı PTT cargo employees who read this place ashamed? Do your job properly.
