Paranız karşılığında hizmet alıyorsunuz lakin böyle köklü bir kuruluşun çalışanlarının dikkatli olması gerek. All Gulluk PTT employees have a problem of addressing, they speak as you, come, go instead of you. Amcamın mektubu gelmiş yurtdışından üzerinde açık adres falan da yok, alan kırsal. Postacı ile muhabbetimiz vardı soyadı aynı olunca bana gelip sormuştu. Hiçbir özel kargo firması bu hassasiyete sahip değil. Dile Kolay 181 yıllık bir işletme. Ailenizin işletmesi gibi. Posta, Kargo, EFT, Havale, E-Devlet, Faturalarınız, HGS, Mobil Hat ve Kredi işlemleri dahil gerçekleştiremeyeceğiniz işlem yok gibi. En Önemlisi de navigasyon öncesi insanların buluşma noktası " GÜLLÜK PTT ÖNÜ" :) Bence PTT korumamız gereken değerlerimizdendir. Neighborhood postman Veli Efendi served for many years. Geri iade işlemi yeni başladığı ve kargom halen Turkiye hatta bulunduğum şehir olan Antalyada olduğu halde hiçkimse yardimci olmaya çalismiyor. Gişe gorevlisine ve musteri hizmetlisine soruyorum yapacak birsey yok diyor.Hizmet anlayisi bumudur? Nasil bir rezillik bu ya!!! Hiçmi kimse görmüyor burada yazılanları?Neden kimse yardımcı olmaya çalışmıyor!!!
