Perfect River and Sea View, Clean and Beautiful Decorated Rooms

Very neat little hotel tucked away from the bars in the town. Very quiet, which is what I wanted. Inside and outside is very tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in the "boutique" concept, which does not boasts stars. In Turkey, where the star system is abused immensely, this hotel makes the cut in the upper 25 percentile in my opinion. I had decided to stay a night less than originally planned due to personal reasons, but I will definitely choose this spot if I stay in Akyaka in the future. The only issue I can mention (and obviously won't deduct a point from their overall performance) is the lack of power outlets in the rooms. There were only two that I could find, one of which was tucked away behind the furniture. A plug multiplier would be a nice addition in this day of technology, when one carries multiple phones, laptops, ereaders, electric shavers and toothbrushes...etc.

We stayed in a doublex one which is very close to azmak. Pros: Location was great. A very large doublex. Price was ok. Cons: A weird smell in the building and apartment. Cleaning was awful. Apartment was pretty old.

A delightful little gem with unique and original features. Rooms have comfortable beds, good facilities including balconies that overlook the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel. Nice welcome. Breakfast on terrace which was adequate but a bit sparse. Our room was ok but downstairs so no balcony as we requested and a view of the river. No shelter to sit in the heat outside the room. Although Akyaka was busy when we visited and the hotel was full. Would stay again at a quiter time of year if we got a better room and breakfast variety improved.
