★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb mijn Porsche Cayenne hier voor onderhoud aangeboden.
Afspraak wordt centraal middels telefoon geregeld op landelijk niveau.
Het onthaal, de manier van omgang en vooral de passie die ze hebben voor hun werk is echt benoemenswaardig! De professionaliteit en klantvriendelijkheid heb ik nog niet eerder ervaren!
Ze dachten met mij mee en adviseerden mij op de juiste manier. Ik voelde me op mijn gemak en ik maakte me dan ook geen moment zorgen om de kosten die zouden komen. Ze communiceerden helder en zeer vriendelijk over de prijzen, onnodige kosten laten ze je niet maken.
Mijn adblue pomp was kapot gegaan en nog voordat ze akkoord van Porsche Duitsland voor de reparatie hadden gekregen, hadden ze dit al besteld. Dit zorgde voor tijdsvoorsprong in plaats van eerst afwachten. Ze hebben hem gerepareerd en test-rit meegemaakt. Voor de testrit overigens hebben ze ook netjes toestemming gevraagd en aangegeven wat hun route is.
Eindelijk een garage waar ik in de toekomst met plezier en zonder negatief onderbuik gevoel mijn Porsche sleutels kan afgeven! Ik zal er geen omkijken naar hebben.
Auto was tiptop schoongemaakt en wat me ook opviel was de hygiëne! Bij inname van de auto werd de stuur, stoel en versnellingspook meteen netjes ingepakt met folie.
Tot mijn spijt heb ik geen foto’s gemaakt ?!
Maar het is zeker een aanrader!
Ze hebben ook als enige in Turkije een monteur met gold certificaat van Porsche! Deze meneer was ook persoonlijk betrokken bij mijn Porsche en ik denk bij menige andere ook. Ze waren echt met alle auto’s zeer netjes aan het werk zag ik.

The welcome, the way of dealing and especially the passion they have for their work is really worth mentioning! I have never experienced the professionalism and customer friendliness before!
They thought along with me and advised me in the right way. I felt at ease and did not worry for a moment about the costs that would come. They communicated clearly and very friendly about the prices, they don't let you make unnecessary costs.
My adblue pump had broken and even before they had received approval from Porsche Germany for the repair, they had already ordered this. This resulted in a time lead instead of waiting first. They repaired it and tested it. For the test drive, by the way, they also asked for permission and indicated what their route is.
Finally a garage where I can hand in my Porsche keys in the future with pleasure and without a negative gut feeling! I won't have to worry about it.
The car was cleaned to perfection and what also struck me was the hygiene! When the car was taken in, the steering wheel, seat and gear lever were immediately neatly packed with foil.

But it is definitely recommended!
They are also the only ones in Turkey to have a mechanic with a gold certificate from Porsche! This gentleman was also personally involved with my Porsche and I think with many others as well. I saw they were really working very neatly with all the cars.
