Someone else's books were sent to my address by very skilled (!) personnel. They called and asked me to bring the wrong books they sent because I was in Ankara. Since I wanted to stop by the book sales unit, I accepted their request and went towards noon to bring the wrong product they sent. When I explained the situation to the staff named Imran, who greeted me, and told him that I had come, he said that it closes at 12.30, implying that I should not linger in a very repulsive and rude manner.
