★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giderek kalitesini düşüren ve daha ne kadar kötü olabilir sorusunu sormaktan çekindiğim bir işletme. Servis yavaş ve müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Popeyes iyice tok satıcı oldu. Telefonla şikayetlere bile dönüş sağlanmıyor. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmem !!
It is a business that is gradually decreasing its quality and I am afraid to ask the question of how much worse it can be. Service is slow and customer satisfaction is zero. Popeyes became a full-blown salesman. Even phone complaints are not answered. Definitely wouldn't do it again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İçecekleri yanlış veriyorlar. Üstelik buzsuz sıcak kola servis ediyorlar. Sorduğunuz zaman da buz dolabı arızalı... Bu beni ne kadar ilgilendirir?! İnsanlar 40-45 derece sıcaklıkta yemeğinin yanında serinletici birşeyler içmek için fastfood tercih ediyor, sıcak içmek isteyen kafeye gidip kahve veya çay içer. Almadan önce bilgilendirilmek benim en doğal hakkım. Hiç kimse parayı yerde bulmuyor. Verdiğiniz hizmet fazlasıyla yetersiz!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kola diye ılık gazlı su veriyorlar... rezil bir tadı vardı soruncada makina böyle çalışıyor dediler. Burdan menu alıp bu içeceklerle ağız tadınızı rezil etmeyin. En sonunda alternatif olarak ılık ayran teklif ettiler. Kesinlikle ilgisiz alakasız bir müdürü var, bu sıcakta millete soğuk içecek veremeyen popeyes için tab gıdanın kesinlikle bir şeyler yapması lazım. Tab gıda alışveriş merkezlerindeki bu rezilliğe son versin biraz kalite kontrol lütfen.

Menü yanlış anlaşılmış, yanlış anladığını kabul etmemekle beraber 2 TL fazla alındı menü değişikliğinde. Bunu sonradan farkettim ama sinirlerimi daha çok bozmamak için geri gitmedim. Yoğun olunabilir anlıyoruz ama daha sistematik bir çalışma yöntemi bulunabilir.
