★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who works at that place were very rude and very slow about preparing meals. Also they made a lots of mistake while they preparing our food and we wait for 20-25 mins because of their mistakes. When we tell them their mistakes and that we are waiting for 20 mins, they didn't apologize even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequent this place quite often since a very long time. But unfortunately things are only getting in my disfavor everytime i'm going now. Many times my drink order is taken wrong, they subtly ask you to add things to what you order, which will be quite annoying because if it is the first time you order something of a certain time you do not know what's included and what's not which will lead to extra expenses. Fluctuating quality of nuggets and fries... and the fact that you have to buy any extra sause.. i used to like the place but not anymore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got two chocolate milkshakes. They were overly sweet, barely cold and not viscous enough. And they gave us this straws with tiny openings, they would be barely adequate for coke. I always choose Popoyes over any other fast food places for milkshakes before this, I'm incredibly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my best places to eat. In terms of quality it is really good. However I don't like how just anyone can come in to beg for money from the customers. This one guys won't leave our table until we gave him money, he was harassing us and the staff did not intervene.
