Wyroby piękne. Kurtka, którą kupiłam bardzo ładna. Niestety brak kontaktu z firmą, nie odpisują na maile. Moja cudna kurteczka uległa uszkodzeniu i chciałam skorzystać z naprawy gwarancyjnej. Pomimo wysłanych kilku wiadomości, nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Szkoda, bo okazuje się, że de facto nie mogę skorzystać z gwarancji.

Большой выбор кожи и меха. Обрабатывают сразу два консультанта, без покупки уйти не возможно. Хорошо торговаться можно и нужно цену скинул в два раза на приглянувшуюся куртку. После совершения покупки теряют к вам всякий интерес - обещали отвезти в отель, отвезли через час, уже после повторного напоминания о себе.

За нами приехал очень вежливый и тактичный водитель. Сказал, что он - директор магазина. Далее, он предлагал товары, которые не понравились моей маме. Это был не её фасон. Продавец постепенно стал превращаться из милого и тактичного в сурового и настойчивого. А затем в резкого и грубого. Продавец говорил, что он 27 лет в профессии и ему виднее, что идёт моей маме, и какой у неё стиль и фасон. Когда мама сказала, что уже ничего не хочет покупать - за ней продавец начал бежать и уговаривать что-то купить в наглой форме. Навязывание различных моделей продолжалось минут 30. В магазине запрещено фотографировать! Видимо чтобы не сравнить сколько стоит подобный товар в реальности. Никому не советуем сюда ехать! Цены там завышены! В 10-15 раз! Если не больше. Обходите это место стороной!

In love with this place

Don't go there! They do have representatives in every hotel that offer best factory prices, but that's not true. Prices are huge, much bigger for same jacket in the city! And people there are trying everything to sell you something, giving like "price reduce" from 3000 EUR to 600, then 300 EUR. But even that is not fair price, cause we bought same label jacket in city for much less! My friendly suggestion, don't loose your precious time! When they see you won't buy, they start to be rude and aggressive!

Bought a winter coat when I was on vacation in Alanya October 2021. After two months of wearing it, took it to a local cleaning company to get the coat cleaned. The owner of the company took a look at the coat and immediately told us, that the fur is synthetic, that we bought a fake fur coat. The salesperson in Ponto MK kept on telling us that it’s 100% alpaca fur and real leather. If it would have been a high quality real alpaca fur and leather coat, it would serve it’s purpose for years, but only after two months of wearing it, the seams started coming apart, it needs sewing. Any other cheap jacket has longer wearability than this “quality” product. Ponto MK should have also given us warranty and quality sertificates, but they didn’t, which proves furthermore that they’re selling cheap, horrible quality products for an expensive value. Do not recommend going there and buying anything. Never visiting this shop ever again, a bunch of scammers. One of the worst service ever as well. They wanted us to choose 2 coats, but we only wanted 1. They were so persistent and upset that we didn’t buy the second.

Huge shop with a lot of interesting things. The price is relevant to the quality. If you want cheap leather items it is not the right place.. Go to the market for junkies.. The place has only high quality products. The more you get the better price you will receive.
