I bought a product from the store. When I realized that the product was defective. Everything was ripped on its arms and at the bottom. I took the product for exchange. We don't have any left of this product for exchange. They said we can't buy this product. I asked for the phone number of the store while I was writing there is a complaint. They did not give me the number. They did not exchange the product. They gave the defective products. There is no problem while selling it to me. When I asked for the product to be changed, they said that we can't buy this product.
