We arrived in Artvin in the evening, in a very different place in terms of location, the roads from Erzurum direction are terrible. This will have the effect that the police house seems so far away. But the prices of the rooms are very reasonable for hygiene, 80 TL a night for 2 people. Neglected. Cleaning is bad. It's like it's there. Staff who check in are friendly but management needs maintenance. It doesn't suit the police force.

The room was clean, the police at the reception were friendly and polite. One star is missing in the room. Fortunately for us, the water was cut off.

It was the best place I've stayed. Rooms are clean and tidy. There is hot water, television, air conditioning and breakfast. The officers were involved. The place is beautiful and the view is great. I would definitely recommend to stay.

Our room was filthy when we went. There's no embarrassment. There might not be another room, or we might not have money.

We have nothing to say to the staff, all of them are smiling and kind people... But the police house needs urgent maintenance, the beds are out of date, they say release me now... The furniture inside is finished... Likewise, if you have to stay in the same situation in the bathroom and WC, you can stay for one night. know if it's long-term, don't approach... The price is 40 TL, which is the attractive part.

The beds were comfortable like any police house. The windows are very difficult to open. The breakfast was nice. We went at 19.30 for dinner, the service was over. There was no water in the cupboards. I think the bathroom renovation was done, it was nice, but the room furniture was old.

Rooms are tidy but furnishings are a bit old. However, cleaning is important even if it is old. Staying in very new and dirty places is much worse than that. I'm deducting one star from cleaning. Because the shower cabin looks like it hasn't been wiped for years. The joints of the tiles are yellow. These are of course the general cleaning part. Beds, WC, sink etc. are clean. It is finely made, but it gives a nasty impression as a rough look. In other words, you will stay in a place that is worth the price. There is breakfast, but it is charged separately. I cut the second star because the reason is the receptionist friend at the door. Maybe police as a profession, but we are not criminals. We are tired, ordinary citizens who come to stay and I think we deserve a little smiling face. I hope those concerned read this comment and put on a smiling face mask, even if it's fake. Even fake laughter gives good energy. And any person staying in any guesthouse, not at home, needs the most energy. (In addition, it would be great if there was a water or two in the cupboard.)
