Really unqualified hotel. The service is poor while there is stink smell even in the reception hall. It is absolutely not a 5 star hotel.

Loved our stay here, very helping and friendly staff. They made us feel right at home.

We stayed here for 2 nights and i must say its a best place to be , so lovely staff , nice food , awesome rooms , also they gave a surprise cake on a birthday of my friend. beutiful surprise.

This is one of the best skiing resort you can stay in Turkey. The slopes are just in front of the hotel. Nestled at the base of Palandoken Mountain with a jawdropping view, the property comfortably accommodates guests and families at very beautifully stylished guest rooms. From the moment you walk into the open-concept lobby of this newly renovated place, you’re delighted by its grandeur, and yet the amenities and sense of ease make it unmistakably family-friendly. The hotels communication manager Hande Akturk was lovely, so helpful during the whole time we stayed. And Ceylan Sel Sohtorik, board member of the hotel, is the most humble person ever and the one behind the whole vision of this hotel. Thank you for everything. I will surely be back with my family next time.

Polat is a great hotel to stay at. I stayed for work and snowboarding. Everything was handy - transfer to the big mountain and rental equipment. Fantastic service, aspecially Emre Kök from reception was so considerate and professional and super helpful in all situations. I recommend for all Polat solo and family travellers!

The standard room ain't the most beautiful, but besides that it ridiculous how expensive everything is in this hotel is. E.g. they sell a wine which costs like 80lira for 500... We reserved the all-inclusive package but if you want to drink a water besides the mealtimes zu gotta pay for it... The Internet ist ALWAYS to slow. But The staff is really well educated and polite. The only good thing in this hotel is the ski area which is directly in front of the hotel door. I really cannot recommend this hotel, sorry. If I should do another vacation in Palandöken I definitely will look for another/better hotel.
