★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emlak ofisinin 150m dibindeki evi göstermek için önce ofislerinde yüz yüze görüşmeye çağırdılar. Kapılarına kadar gittim. Ofisin bir apartman dairesinin 1.katinda olduğunu görünce aradım. Pandemi zamanı kapalı ortamda buluşmaya gerek olmadığını, niyetimin ilanda gördüğüm evi görmek olduğunu belirttim. Sitenin kapısında buluşalım dedim. Bana "Önce ofisimizde yüz yüze görüşmemiz gerekiyor. ARMUT SATMIYORUZ biz, daire satıyoruz. Başka türlü çalışmıyoruz" dediler. İlk defa böyle bir yaklaşım görüyorum. Diğer görüştüğüm tüm emlakçılar armut satıyor bu durumda? Kendilerinin hiçbir ilanı ile ilgilenmeyi düşünmüyorum.
To show the house 150m below the real estate office, they first called for a face-to-face meeting at their office. I went to their door. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randevulaştp ziyarete gittik kapı duvar. zile basıyoruz açan yok arıyoruz açan yok. 1 saat bekledik kapıda geri dönüş yaparlar diye yine dönen yok. buna 5 yıldız veremezdim. insan kusura bakmayın daireyi başkasına verdik der birşey der ama geri dönerdi.
We made an appointment and went to visit the door wall. We press the bell, no one answers, we call, no one answers. We waited for 1 hour, but there is no one coming back because they will come back at the door. I couldn't give it 5 stars. If someone says sorry, we gave the flat to someone else, he would say something, but he would come back.
