★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 6 ay kadar önce kırmızı ışıkta beklerken arkadan hızla gelen aracın çarpması sonucunda meydana gelen hasarın orijinalliği bozulmaması için gittiğimiz yetkili serviste sebebini hala anlayamadığım bir şekilde mağdur edildik.Kendi kaskomuz üzerinden işlem açılarak hasarı karşı tarafın sigortası karşılayacak denmesine rağmen gelinen süreçte arka aksesuar takılmadı.Açıklamaları önce kasko karşılamıyor oldu sonrasında karşı tarafın sigorta tarihiyle kaza tarihi uyuşmuyor açıklamasını yaptılar.Aradan üç ay geçti cevaben kazaya sebep olan kişiden parasını isteyin gibi saçma sapan bir cevap geldi,tavsiyem böyle bir durumda aracınızı kazadan önceki hali gibi yapılmadan kesinlikle almayın,yoksa bu şekilde mağdur ediliyorsunuz.Mesala eksik bir parça için onay bekliyoruz siz böyle alın onay gelince size haber verir aracınızı işlem için servise tekrar alırız yalanlarına asla inanmayın!

At first, the insurance did not cover it, then they explained that the insurance date of the other party did not match the date of the accident. Three months later, a ridiculous answer came as asking the person who caused the accident for his money. For example, we are waiting for approval for a missing part, you get it like this, we will let you know when the approval comes, we will take your vehicle back to the service for the process, never believe the lies!

The staff is irrelevant, you are walking around the plaza, no one is interested, you look at the vehicles and someone does not come and give you information. I'm meeting for the first time.
