Waren vor Corona sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und dem familiären Ambiente. Dieses Jahr waren wir endlich wieder in Side, voriges Jahr ging ja leider nicht, Hakan hat sofort unsere Namen gekannt und uns ganz herzlich begrüßt, Volkan ebenso.
Haben uns 3 Brillen gekauft und sind sehr zufrieden.
Man wird nicht gedrängt zu kaufen, sondern mit viel Zeit beraten. Auch der Service nach dem Kauf ohne Konkurrenz.
Freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr Andreas und Katja

Before Corona we were very satisfied with the service and the family atmosphere. This year we were finally back in Side, last year was unfortunately not possible, Hakan knew our names immediately and welcomed us warmly, as did Volkan.
We bought 3 glasses and are very satisfied.
One is not pressured to buy, but advised with plenty of time. Even after-sales service without competition.

Anfertigung der Gleitsichtbrillen innerhalb von 3 Tagen. Einfach gesagt rundum stimmt hier alles. Wir sagen nochmals vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service. Professional settings of the eyesight by an ophthalmologist in Side. Pick-up at the hotel and drive to the ophthalmologist personally by the optician. Production of varifocals within 3 days. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine zweit Brille aus der Türkei in Siede, leider habe ich nicht meine erste Brille bei plus Optik gekauft (Hallo Hakan noch mal vielen Dank) um hier nur einige Beispiele zu nennen warum plus Optik. Freundlich sind ja alle, aber hier wird die Freundlichkeit wirklich gelebt. Neben der sehr guten Kompetenz (Typ Beratung , Augenuntersuch usw) ist auch der Preis am Ende mehr als Zufriedenstellend. Ich habe hier für meine Brille im Vergleich zu Deutschland über 50 % gespart. Also ich weiß schon wo ich meine 3, 4 usw Brille kaufen werde.
My second pair of glasses from Turkey in Siede, unfortunately I didn't buy my first glasses from plus optics (Hello Hakan, thank you again) to name just a few examples of why plus optics. Everyone is friendly, but friendliness is really lived here. In addition to the very good competence (type of advice, eye examination, etc.), the price is also more than satisfactory in the end. I have saved over 50% on my glasses here compared to Germany. So I already know where I will buy my 3, 4, etc. glasses.
