★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14 Kasım saat 18.civarı işletmeye girdik.Oğlumun oynaması için tek oyunculuk bilet istedik.Piste(lane) 2 kişi çıkamayacağı konusunda bizi uyardılar,kızımın da atış yapması için 2 oyunculuk(2 ayakkabı) bilet almamızı söylediler.Tabi ben bekleme masasında eşimi beklerken diğer ailelerin 3 oyunculuk bilet ile lane'ye +2 çocukla toplamda 5 kişi çıktığını gördüm.Hatta çocuklarımı video/resim çekerken arkadaki aile,arka planda çıkmış fotoda.İşletme yetkilisine neden başkalarına gösterilen esneklik bize gösterilmiyor diye sorup,biraz sesimizi çıkardığımızda 'orda görevlimiz var,dikkat etmemiş' yanıtını aldık.Hatta inanmıyorsanız çocuklarımın videosuni da göstereyim,aile arka planda var diye belirttim de.Bu arada diğer aile uyarılmış ve ekstra bilet almaya gelmişti kasadan.İşletme sahibi şayet kural varsa işletmenizde bu herkese olsun.Aksi halde nabza göre şerbet veriyorsanız bu hak yemeye girer ki bu da hiç hoş durum değil..İşletmenin yanlışlarını ve eksiklerini sizin gözünüze biz gösterecek değildik,hiç mecburiyetimiz yokken!Umarım bundan sonra adil olmaya dikkat edersiniz.
 We entered the business around 18:00 on November 14. We asked for a single acting ticket for my son to play. They warned us that 2 people would not be able to go on the lane, they told us to buy tickets for 2 players (2 shoes) for my daughter to shoot as well. I saw that families go to the lane with a 3-player ticket +2 children in total, 5 people in total. Even while I was taking a video/picture of my children, the family in the background is in the photo. We got the answer, 'He didn't pay attention. If you don't believe me, I even said I'd show you the video of my kids, that the family is in the background. Meanwhile, the other family was warned and came to buy extra tickets from the cash register. If there is a rule, let it be for everyone in your business. this is not a pleasant situation.. We will show you the mistakes and shortcomings of the business. we weren't, when we had no obligation! I hope you will be careful to be fair from now on.
