★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 03.12 2015 tarihinde Samsun pırlanta halı'dan gelen halılarımı o gün itibarıyla kendilerine güvendiğim için açmadım halıları 10 gün sonra sermek için açtığımda halıların lekelerinin olduğu gibi üzerin de durduğunu hatta sac kıllarının dahi üzerinde olduğunu gördüm. Ertesi gün pırlanta halıyı arayıp şikayetlerimi belirttiğimde hatanın benim olduğunu ve halılara anca mı baktınız diye beni suçladılar, hatta daha da ileriye giderek halıları yeni kirletmediğini nereden bilelim diye söyledi ilk defa halı yıkatmaya vermedim ama ilk defa böyle bir durumla karşılaştım bu şikayetimi elimden geldiği kadar yayıp bu firmanın müşteri kaybetmesi için elimden geleni yapacağım.
