Anneler günü hem instagram hem de whatsaptan iletişime geçmek istememe rağmen ulaşamadım. Kaç kez aradım yine de ulaşamadım. Gün içerisinde istediğim adrese çiçek gönderilmiş fakat benim istediğimle alakası bile yoktu. Tekrar iletişime geçmeye çalıştım fakat aradım telefonum açılmadı, mesajlarım görüldüğü halde cevap verilmedi. Bir işi yapıyorsanız layığıyla yapın yazık ya gerçekten. Hiç memnun kalmadım. Bir daha mı ? ASLA.
I live in Muğla. I ordered a bouquet of flowers days in advance to be sent to an address in Diyarbakır-Yenişehir for Mother's Day. I made the payment instantly. Although I wanted to communicate on mothers day both on Instagram and on WhatsApp, I could not reach it. How many times have I called but still could not reach. During the day, flowers were sent to the address I wanted, but it didn't even have anything to do with what I wanted. I tried to contact again, but I called, my phone was not switched on, although my messages were seen, they were not answered. If you are doing a job, do it properly, it's a shame. I am not satisfied at all. Again? NEVER.
