Okulun yaklaşık 500 -600 metre alt tarafında Sabancı Ortakları ve Calışanları İlkokulu bulunmaktadır. Okulun hemen altında bulunan duraktan 101 ve 103 nolu şehir içi dolmuşları, yarım saatte bir geçmektedir. Okulun arka tarafında bulunan Hicret Camii durağından ise İzmit'e her 10 dakikada bir 118 nolu dolmuş hattı geçmektedir. Yine hemen alt tarafta bulunan Denizciler Caddesi 500-600 metre mesafededir 2011 yılında açılan okulun 5 yıl okul müdürlüğünü yaptım . Öğrencilerimiz; candan ,açık sözlü, sevecen, kurallara uymaya özen gösteren, çoğunun adını halen bildiğim ve nerelerde çalıştıkları veya akademik hayatlarına devam ettiklerini bildiğim o zamanın çocukları şimdinin gençlerine müdür yardımcılarımız öğretmenlerimiz ve okul aile birliğimiz ile birlikte güzel bir noktaya getirdik Derince Piri Reis Ortaokulu farklı etkinliklerle yine kendinden söz ettirmelidir.
It was opened as a Primary School in Derince Sırrıpaşa District (teachers' district) in 2011. Sabanci Partners and Employees Primary School is located approximately 500 -600 meters below the school. Local minibuses 101 and 103 pass every half hour from the stop just below the school. From the Hicret Mosque stop at the back of the school, the minibus line 118 passes to Izmit every 10 minutes. Again, Denizciler Caddesi, which is just below, is 500-600 meters away, and I was the principal of the school, which was opened in 2011, for 5 years. Our students; We brought Derince Piri Reis Secondary School to the young people of that time, who are sincere, open-spoken, affectionate, taking care to obey the rules, whose names I still know and where I know where they work or continue their academic lives, to the young people of the time, together with our assistant principals, our teachers and our school family association. it should be mentioned.
