The television that I bought on 30.12.2019 was said to be delivered within 1 week and 10 days. Afterwards, I called when the television did not arrive and was told that I would have it at the latest on 11.01.2020. When I did not come I called one more time and this time they called from the headquarters and they said that the dealer did not tell you anything in 11. They said that your television will be produced on 23.01.2020 and will be delivered to the dealer on 25.01.2020. When the 25th of the month I called the dealer, it was produced, but we do not know when we will have it today, they said tomorrow will come. When nobody came back last time I called for 1 week there was not a single turn. When I called a different dealer like a new customer in the same region, they said that the product was produced in 29 of them and would soon be in their hands. I'm tired of the lies that have been told to me for days, bringing a television shouldn't be that hard. The product I bought is Beko B65 l 8900 Ultra hd (4K) tv.
