★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle rezalet. Çalışanlar ukala ve kaba. Laf salatası yaparak saçma sapan ürünleri satmaya çalışıyorlar. Dolandırıcılığın resmi adresi diyebilirim. Resmiler mi ona bile emin değilim de neyse :D
Absolutely a disgrace. Staff are arrogant and rude. They are trying to sell nonsense products by making word salad. I can say the official address of the scam. I'm not even sure if it's the pictures anyway :D

It's as if their employees had forced Paris Hilton to work there. Answering them with a squint, looking out of the corner of their eye, whatever they were thinking about.

Mağaza müdürü de dahil çalışanları ( Gönül Hanım haricinde ) hem kaba hem çirkin üsluplarıyla insanları resmen zehirliyorlar. Bu kadar rezil bir kozmetik mağazasına denk gelmedim. Senelerdir kozmetik mağazalarından yüksek miktarlarda alışveriş yapan insanım ilk defa bu kadar kalitesiz ürün ve hizmetle karşılaşıyorum. Şikayet hattı problemimle ilgilendi evet ama oradaki beyefendinin de üslubu gerçekten çok çirkindi. Kesinlikle bu şubeden uzak durmalısınız.
If I could give 0 points, believe me, I would do it without blinking an eye. A store that deserves it to the fullest. Employees (except Gönül Hanım), including the store manager, are officially poisoning people with their rude and ugly style. I have never come across such a disgraceful cosmetic store. I am a person who has been shopping in large quantities from cosmetic stores for years, this is the first time I have encountered such poor quality products and services. The complaint line took care of my problem, yes, but the style of the gentleman there was really ugly. You should definitely stay away from this branch.
