In the hall, not only aikido and pilates, but also different defense sports such as taekwondo, kick boxing and muay thai are given accompanied by Demet Hodja, who has domestic and Balkan degrees, and the lessons are very enjoyable and educational with participants of all ages.
Our Emin teacher teaches aikido, and our teacher Demet teaches sports such as taekwondo and kick boxing.
