★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekşi maya ekmekleri güzel fakat bu şubede tüm ürün fiyatlarını görmeniz mümkün değil. Ben daha yeni alışveriş yapmaya başladım ama içeri girince ürünler hakkında yeterli bilgi göremiyorum. Sanki hepsini benim bilme yükümlülüğüm varmış gibi davranıyorlar. Her müşteriye sanki ilk defa geliyormuscasina bilgi vermeyeceklerse ürünlerin etiketlerini özenle yerlestirmelisiniz. Bi kac farkli subenizde bu sorunlarla karşılaşmadım ve personel daha samimiydi diğerlerinde.
 Sourdough bread is nice, but it is not possible to see all product prices in this branch. I just started shopping, but when I go inside I don't see enough information about the products. They act as if I had an obligation to know them all. If they are not going to inform every customer as if they are coming for the first time, you should carefully place the labels of the products. I did not encounter these problems in a few different branches and the staff were more sincere in others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temizlik ve hijyen hiç yok. Arkada Çalışan personelin kıyafeti pislik içindeydi, dolap kapağı pisti ve ekmekler yerde ambalajsız duruyordu. Bu durumu e-postayla yazdığım yetkili " Haftada 1 gün temizlik yaptıklarını " yazdı. Sonraki günlerde yerlerde ölü sinekler gördüm. Hijyen hiç yok yani. Daha önce yazılan hijyensizlik yorumlarınıda okuyunca fırınımı değiştirdim.
There is no cleanliness or hygiene at all. The clothes of the staff working in the back were filthy, the locker door floor and the breads lay unpacked on the floor. The official I wrote about this situation by e-mail wrote that "They do cleaning once a week". In the following days, I saw dead flies on the ground. So there is no hygiene. After reading the previous unhygienic comments, I changed my oven.

I am new customer. I bought bread twice. The bottom of the bread was burnt, I noticed it at home. Also, there are no informative labels showing the bread types in a visible place. Cashier types are surprised that you do not know, you have to explain "I am a new customer".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekşi mayalı ekmeği çok kaliteli. Fiyatı ise çok pahalı. Çeşit çok fazla yok ama var olan ürünler sağlıklı ürünler. Eğer fiyatlar biraz makul olabilse müdavimi olunabilecek bir fırın. Fiyatları yüzünden ve de ürün çeşitliliğinin zayıflığı yüzünden arada bir uğramak durumunda olduğum yer.
Sourdough bread is very high quality. The price is very expensive. There are not many varieties, but the products that exist are healthy products. If the prices can be a bit reasonable, it is a frequent bakery. It is the place I have to stop by every once in a while because of the prices and also because of the poor variety of products.
