I didn't know if it was a pita with cubes or a pita with tomato crust.. It has no salt, the meat is not cooked, the bottom of the pita is white as if it came out once it went into the oven.. Never again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sivas'ta lahmacunu Bankalar Caddesi'nde yemeyip gelip burada yediğim için deli olmalıyım :) kupkuru mayasız bir hamur, kenarları yanık iki sert lahmacun, küçücük iki dilim limon, ağır bir soğan kokusu. Edessa veya Elif' te yeseydim daha az öder bir de ikram çay içerdim.
I must be crazy because I didn't eat lahmacun in Sivas on Bankalar Caddesi and came and ate it here :) It's a dry unleavened dough, two hard lahmacun with burnt edges, two tiny slices of lemon, a heavy smell of onion. If I had eaten in Edessa or Elif, I would have paid less and had a complimentary tea.
