★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben bun dan bir ay öncesi Antalya özdilekten Philips 55PUS9435/12 marka ürün tv satın aldım ve bu ürüne 9500 TL para ödedim internet sorunu oldu kablolu internet bağlı olmasına rağmen internet yok diyor 0850 222... yetkili servisi aradım bana bir iki işlem yaptırdı ve sonra televizyonuz yazılım güncellemesini kaçırmış denildin USB üzerin den son güncellemeyi yaptırmanız gerekli diye belirtti ve Antalya’daki servisin bunu belli bi ücret karşılığı yapacağını beyan etti görüşmeyi sonlandırdı
Sen tut onca para ver tv de internete gireme ve servis ücret talep etsin çok saçma bı ürün ile ilgili ne sorun varsa buna bunu servisin ücret talep etmeden tüketicinin mağduriyetini gidermesi gerekli bu şekilde bi memnuniyet kabul edilemez hayırlı günler
I bought a Philips 55PUS9435 / 12 brand TV from Antalya Özdil a month ago and I paid 9500 TL for this product. There was an internet problem. Although I was connected to cable internet, it says no internet 0850 222 ... I called the authorized service and made me do a couple of transactions. You were told that your TV missed the software update. He stated that you need to have the latest update done via USB and declared that the service in Antalya will do this for a certain fee.
You keep paying all that money and you can not access the internet on TV and demand a fee for the service. It's ridiculous.
