PGS Kiris Resort

PGS Kiris Hotel is one of my stops in every summer. I even visit several times a year. It is really in a good location with the nature that even in hot summer days and nights , on the beach you can feel the cool wind like a natural air condition. It has really a lovely beach volleyball area for the volleyball lovers... Every monday and friday has Xone Party activities and you feel the atmosphere of a lovely night club inside... All the staff at the hotel are so friendly , warm and kind. At restaurant you have a lot of varities of food that you can not decide what to eat... A nice opportunity with price and performance...

I don’t know if we r not lucky with this hotel. But for our family it’s not good, service is too bad, they have a lot of guests and their management is terrible. Since we got in our room we had broken bed, we called them 3-4 times and nothing. If u want to swim in sea u can’t take kids with u, it’s full of rocks. Swimming pools are great if u like to come for swimming pools. Stuff look like somebody threatened them to work they r so negative . I don’t know but for me this is big mistake , not to mention that we payed 250€ for one night.

Rooms are very specious with amazing view. You will never starve here as you may find food anywhere anytime. And the food is just WOW! absolutely delicious. The animation program is very entertaining and every evening there is an exciting show at the amphitheatre. All staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel! We came to this hotel with my wife and we liked that place really soo much. The workers were really good and kind to us. Restaurant and bar was good. We are happy to came this place. Thank you everyone for those good moments. Specially thanks to Recep in animation team for always talking with us

The hotel itself was great. Staff was amazing and ready to help you, there was plenty of delicious food and pretty exciting shows were shown in the evening. WiFi was great, you could even use it on a bridge. The only problems we saw were people leaving rocks, towels on beach beds so no one could take them; gym was abandoned, the floor wasn't cleaned, bottles of water were everywhere and a couple of gym mashines were broken; the rooms we were staying at weren't bad only balcony doors were kinda out of place, so there was a gap on top when tried to shut it (room 1727), shower head was a bit broken and placed a bit too low for me. Last thing to say for staff, please, PLEASE learn English:) I know it's mostly Russians, but knowing numbers to 10 and most of fruit and vegetables names won't hurt you. At the restaurant I had to point and show fingers of how much I wanted. If things will get better, we might come back next summer. Have a great day!❤️

Never had such a bad experience in my life . Terrible hotel . When I firs entered the room I freaked out . Moldy bathroom , smelly , stained carpet , stained bedding . I refused to stay in that moldy room .It was not livable health wise and totally disgusting. The service not to be called service . I pay for separate room $650 for 5 night and end up staying in the room with my friends . We have to share one room four of us . At least my friends room has a vinyl flooring and bathroom painted over mold . I spoke to hotel stuff, I sent email to hotel customer service and travel agent from PEGAS . No answer, no reaction whatsoever . Careless , unprofessional management . I do have pictures on file of that disgusting place upon request .

I visited this big and beautiful hotel in July 2021 with my wife and two children. I was impressed. The hotel is situated close to the see. It has his own beach with many shaded sun loungers. The beach is stony. The water in the see is transparent. We ere located in nice bungalow with quite big comfortable room. Bathroom inside it was small – but now problem I was bathing everyday in the nice salty see. Hotel has a big main restaurant with delicious and varied meals. This restaurant is opened from the sides so this makes you feel very nice. There are also three bars with many kind of drinks – I was drinking every day as much as I wanted. It was really nice too. Hotel staff very nice, friendly and hard-working. The hotel area is very big so you can make nice walks inside it. There are a lot of green there thanks to the plants. You can leave your things at the beach, swimming pools and you can be sure nobody take it – it was really safe there. The beach belongs to the hotel so no outside people are there. Also at the complex there are a couple of armed guards. Guests are mainly Russian and hotel staff speaks perfect Russian language but you can also communicate in English. I really command this hotel.
