★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OFZ Peugeot bayiden dün 5008 aldım. Aracı almak için Erzurumdan gelmiş olmama rağmen bayi sahibi Mehmet bey hiç misafir perver davranmadı. Paspas hediye etmelerini teklif ettim. Sahibi kaba bir tavırla "300 bin TL lik araba alan adama paspası mı bedava vereceğiz" dedi. Satış elamanı bu kabalığı telafi etmek için izah ederken ona azarlar bir tavırla dediki " Ne ezilip büzülüyorsun veremeyiz de kapat konuyu" dedi. Çalışanların yapıcı tavrı olmasaydı aracı almaktan vaz geçip Erzurum a dönecektim. Bayide çalışan satış elemanları(Serhat bey) ve sigortacılara(Didem hanım) ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Diğer otomotiv bayilerini de elinde buluduran bu bayi ile iş yapmanızı tavsiye etmem. Ha bir de sahibine biraz daha nazik olmasını tavsiye ederim. Böylece sadece para kazanmaz insan da kazanır.
I bought 5008 from OFZ Peugeot dealers yesterday. Although I came from Erzurum to get the vehicle dealer owner Mehmet Bey did not treat any guest perver. I offered them a mop. I do not recommend that you do business with this dealer, which also holds other automotive dealers. Ha a well I would recommend the owner to be a little more courteous. So not only do people earn money.

Sabah 09 da randevu saatinde aracımi servise aldılar. Islerini hızlı ve temiz şekilde yaptılar.
Ben kayseride yetkili servisle anlasamadigim için 2 saat git-geli göze aldım. Iyikide öyle yapmışım ilgi alaka hizmet harikaydı. Sabah erken gittiğim için kahvaltı yapamamistim çayımı simitimi servis danışmanı Yakup bey Salih bey aldırıp ikram ettiler.
Kesinlikle diğer servisler gibi o aksesuar şu temizlik gibi yan ürün satmak kafasıyla yaklasmadilar. Herseyi olduğu gibi detaylı anlattılar.

Hello, I had my 2008 vehicle's annual service maintenance done.(07.01.2022)
They took my car to the service at 09:00 in the morning at the appointment time. They did their job quickly and cleanly.
Since I could not agree with the authorized service in Kayseri, I took the risk of going back and forth for 2 hours. Well, I did that, and the service was great. Since I went early in the morning, I couldn't have breakfast, my tea and my bagel was served by Mr. Yakup, the service consultant, and Mr. Salih.
Certainly, like other services, they did not approach it with the head of selling accessories and by-products such as cleaning. They explained everything in detail.
OFZ dealers have reached service at European standards
