Olay ise 10 gün önce soda almaya girdik ve ben sodayi açarken elimi kestim ve kanamaya başladı içerdeki görevlinin sözleri resmen hakaret gibiydi.Insanliktan nasibini almamış bir çalışaniniz var. Laf sokmaktansa önce bir müşteri ile nasıl konuşulması gerektiğini öğrensin bence.
