I bought the battery 8 months ago, now it has malfunctioned. All the services I took said that the battery was defective and should be changed under warranty, but this company said that it was user error and did not change it, be you, do not shop, they give you every bill when selling, but there is nothing after that, they don't even look at you.

They have nothing to do with the bosch dealership. How many times they gave back the defective battery saying it was good, finally I got fed up and changed it in ISTANBUL bosch.
