★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok temiz bir mekan. Sahipleri ve çalışanları çok ilgili. Çikolataların lezzeti enfes ve aranjmanlari çok profesyonel. Sunumları çok albenili ve şık. Özel günler için yapılan çikolata süslemelerine bayılıyorum. Bence Elazığ'da bu işi daha iyi yapan başka bir mekan yok. Ama bunlar kadar önemli olan ise işletmenin, sizin neyi istediğinizi ve neyi hayal ettiğinizi anlayıp, ondan daha öte güzellikler sunması ve sizi önemsemeleri. Ayrıca arkadaşlarımla kahve için gittiğim tatlı bir mekan. En kısa zamanda yine orada olacam. ❤?
It is a very clean place. The owners and staff are very concerned. The taste of the chocolates is delicious and their arrangement is very professional. Presentations are very attractive and stylish. I love chocolate decorations made for special occasions. I think there is no other place in Elazig that does this job better. But the important thing is that the business understands what you want and what you dream of, offers more beauties and cares about you. It is also a sweet place where I go for coffee with my friends. I'll be there again soon. ❤?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAVSİYE EDİLMEZ. özel bir gün için aynı gün teslim edeceklerini belirtikleri için erken vakitte çiçeksepeti üzerinden siparişimi verdim. ayrıca mesaj atarak aynı gün teslim edeceklerini teyit ettik. ancak türlü bahaneler ile hediyemi gününde teslim etmediler. ertesi gün telefonla kendilerine ulaştığımda ise siparişi iptal edebilirsiniz şeklinde bir yaklaşımları oldu. kesinlikte tavsiye etmiyorum Kurumsal bir firma değil mağdur edip bir de üste çıkıyorlar.
NOT RECOMMENDED. I placed my order on Çiçeksepeti early because they stated that they would deliver on the same day for a special day. We also confirmed that they will deliver the same day by sending a message. but they did not deliver my gift on the day with various excuses. When I contacted them by phone the next day, they said that you can cancel the order. I definitely do not recommend it. It is not a corporate company. They make victims and go to the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü, fakat sipariş ettiğimiz tiramisu dondurucudan çıkarılmış bir şekilde servis edildi ve tiramisu ile alakası yoktu. Mekan güzel fakat çeşitler arttırılmalı.
The employees were interested and smiling, but the tiramisu we ordered was served out of the freezer and had nothing to do with the tiramisu. The place is nice but the variety should be increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genel itibari ile güzel bir butik kafe. Gayet sessiz sakin bir butik kafe, ortamı çok hoşuma gitti. Fazla keşfedilmeyen güzel bir yer. Sahibi ve çalışanlar çok içten ve samimiler. Fiyatlar normale göre biraz daha pahalı. İçerideki müzik sesi biraz daha azaltılmalı diye düşünüyorum. Bir de radyo yerin kendinize ait müzik listesi olsa daha kaliteli bir ortam oluşabilir diye düşünüyorum. Kiloluk çikolatalar için bile gidilebilir ?
All in all, a nice boutique cafe. It is a very quiet boutique cafe, I liked the atmosphere very much. It's a beautiful, unexplored place. Owner and staff are very sincere and friendly. Prices are a little more expensive than usual. I think the music volume inside should be reduced a little more. I also think that a better quality environment can be created if the radio has your own music list. You can even go for kilo chocolates ?

Hatta 9.20de açılış saati öncesi aramıştım 9.30 sonrası bana dönüş yaptılar. WhatsApp tan çikolata çeşitlerini fotoğraflayarak seçim yapmamı istediler. Fiyatlar ortalama seviyede. Ablam çikolataların lezzetli olduğunu söyledi. Biz memnun kaldık.
For my sister's birthday, I called from Kastamonu and ordered chocolate and a bouquet of flowers. Esra and Seda were very interested. In fact, I called before the opening time at 9.20, they got back to me after 9.30. They asked me to make a selection by photographing the chocolate varieties on WhatsApp. Prices are average. My sister said the chocolates were delicious. We were satisfied.
