★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum…. 2 gece kaldım hiç uyuyamadım yataklarının değişme zamanı gelmiş. İki kişilik aile odası olarak söyledim ama yatakları ayrı ayrı ( kendim birleştirdim) Yastığın ve nevresimin üzerinde önceki müşterinin kılları vardı. (yanımda getirdiğim nevresimi kullandım. Oda da tv var yazıyor ama sinyal yok. Santrali aradım söylediğimde teknik personel olmadığı ve yarın baktıracağını söyledi ama bişey değişmedi. Kablosuz internette aynı “ ağa katılamadı hatası veriyor”. Banyoda elimizi yıkamak için bir tane sabun bile yok ama tuvalet kağıdını koymuşlar. Sabun istediğimde ise sabun vermediklerini söylediler. O zaman tuvalet kağıdını neden koydunuz!!!! Kendi imkanlarımız ile el sabunu ve cif alarak temizliğini kendimiz yaptık. İstediğimiz zaman yemek yapabiliriz die söylediler ama teflon tava artık o kdr çizilmiş ki artık teflon özelliği kalmamış ( ve bu şekilde kullanıldığında ne kdr zararlı ). YUKARDAKİ ESKİKLER GİDERİLDİĞİ TAKDİRDE KALABİLİRSİNİZ…
 Definitely not recommended Kesinlikle. I stayed 2 nights and didn't sleep at all. I told her that this was a family room for two, but the beds were separate (I joined myself). (I use the bed linen I brought with me. The room also says that there is a TV but no signal. When I told the power plant that I did not have technical staff and said it would look tomorrow, but did not change anything. So when I asked for soap, they said they didn't give soap, so why did you put the toilet paper !!!! (and what is harmful when used in this way).

Hizmet neredeyse sıfır otelde 1 resepsiyon görevlisi duruyor . Odalar 1 de teslim edilecek deniyor ancak 2 yi buluyor
Temizlik konusunda ilk gün güzel olmasına rağmen odalar temizlenmiyor sonrasında odalar berbat oluyor artı olarak odaları temizlemede kullanılan deterjanların kokusu ve yemek yapılmasından dolayı oluşan koku donunuza kadar siniyor .
Ocakta birşey pişirmek nerede ise imkansız .
Yatak odasında yataklar idare eder ama mutfağa konulan yatak acil yardım yatağıydı .
Klima odayı geç soğutuyordu ve banyonun düzeni duştan çıkınca tuvaleti mahvediyordu hemen yanyana neredeyse hapishane gibiydi .
Otelin sadece konumu güzel .

The service is almost zero, 1 receptionist stands in the hotel. Rooms are said to be delivered in 1, but it is found to be 2.
Although it is nice on the first day of cleaning, the rooms are not cleaned, then the rooms are messed up, plus the smell of the detergents used to clean the rooms and the smell caused by the cooking permeate until your frost.
It's almost impossible to cook anything on the stove.
Beds are ok in the bedroom, but the bed in the kitchen was an emergency bed.
The air conditioner was cooling the room late, and the layout of the bathroom destroyed the toilet when I got out of the shower, right next to each other almost like a prison.
Only the location of the hotel is nice.

The place is beautiful, but it is useful to consider it as an option with parking and transportation problems due to its location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel location is excellent, it's located in the centre of Alanya, all markets, restaurants, coffee shops are in the neighbourhood, bus station for the city transportation is near by too.
Hotel stuff is very limited but able to cover everything. The breakfast is delicious and staff is very lovely and helpful, their response is very quick in spite of availability of less number of staff ( from 07:30 hrs till 19:30 hrs only one receptionist + 1 restaurant Coker cum Stewart + 1 housekeeper) ( from 1930 hrs till 0730 hrs the only available stuff is the receptionist)
The hotel is little bit old, but rooms cleanliness is acceptable and beds are almost comfortable up to some extent , our room # 202 was shifted to another room due to slight water leak from the bathroom ceiling.
I strongly recommend to book in this low budget hotel if your visit is meant for business only and not looking for recreation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, walking distance to lots of places, restaurants and shops. We had a motorbike so we had no issues getting to the beach or castle from the hotel. The room (apartment) is spacious which is great, has kitchen and balcony. We were on the first level, so got a bit noisy at times. All was clean and nice. Service was good too.
