Neden mağaza yetkilisi dışında iade alınamıyor? İkinci kere gittiği mağazada sıra kendisine gelmesine rağmen iade uzun sürüyor bahanesiyle 4. sıraya alınmaya çalışılıyor. Hatta diğer mağazaya neden gitmediği soruluyor. Sırf satış değil iade olduğu için oluşan bu tavırdan memnun değilim. Düzeltilmesi dileğiyle.
