Güler yüzle ve kibarca sorduğumuz ve hakkımız olan sorular karşılığında böyle bir tavır görmek gerçekten üzdü. Fiyatın üstünde bir şey almadığımız için mi sinir olmuş artık nedendir bilmem. Müşteri olarak memnuniyet isterseniz başka bir mağazaya gitmenizi öneririm.
We bought a product from Penti online store. Unfortunately we didn't have it so we just wanted to exchange it, we asked a few questions just about the size or color when buying a new one. I don't believe we ever tried too hard. There was a young female employee who was very helpful, but despite her, the other female employee spoke to the other employee in the same way, in response to a question we asked. It was really upsetting to see such an attitude in response to questions that we asked politely and with a smile, which were our right. I don't know why he got angry because we didn't buy anything above the price. If you want satisfaction as a customer, I suggest you go to another store.
