Bırakın transferi otelde kayıtları bile yok.Ödemelerini yaptıklarını belirten evrakta Peninsula şirket bilgileri olmasına rağmen Bodrum acentasi yetkilisi Tunç Bey bunun bilgisinin kendilerine verilmediğini ve kendilerini baglamadigini iddia ediyor.Son derece ukala bir üslupla yardım etmekten uzak bir yaklaşım içerisinde bu mesleği nasıl icraa ettiğine hayretler içerisinde kaldım.Peninsula adını gördüğünüz yerden hızla uzaklasin.
My guests coming to Bodrum from Germany started their holidays with a nightmare that started at the airport and continued at the hotel. They do not even have a record at the hotel, let alone the transfer. Despite the Peninsula company information in the document stating that they made their payments, Bodrum agency official Tunç claims that they were not given this information and that they did not bind them. Quickly move away from where you see the name .Peninsula.
