★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok fazla mağaza yok ve eğer büyük bir AVM tarzı yer arıyorsanız burası size göre değil, ama zaman geçirmek için ideal! Yapacak çok fazla şey yok, en fazla yemek yiyip, kahve içip deniz katında yürüyebilirsiniz. Kışın biraz soğuk ve esintili oluyor ama yine de gidilmeye değer, kendi açımdan evime yakın olduğu için ben de seviyorum, öneririm.
There aren't many shops and if you're looking for a big mall-style place this isn't for you, but it's perfect to pass the time! There is not much to do, at most you can eat, drink coffee and walk on the sea floor. It gets a little cold and breezy in the winter, but it's still worth a visit, I like it because it's close to my house, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açık hava olmasını çok seviyorum, güzel havalarda çok iyi bir alternatif. Mağaza sayısı çok fazla olmasa da genellikle ihtiyaçları karşılayabiliyor. Manzara çok keyifli, genellikle genç yaş grubunun ziyaret ettiği bir avm. Park sorunu da olmuyor ama hafta sonları sahil yolu özellikle yazları aşırı tıkanıyor.
I love being outdoors, it's a great alternative in nice weather. Although the number of stores is not very large, it can usually meet the needs. The view is very pleasant, it is a shopping mall that is usually visited by the young age group. There is no parking problem, but the coastal road gets extremely congested on weekends, especially in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hafta arası gündüz saatlerinde ziyaret edecekler için tavsiye ederim. Epey boştu cadde tarafı dükkanları boşaltmış, yazık oluyor, belki kiralar yüksek. Denize bakan mekanlar güzel. Her mutfak türünde işletme var. Hafta sonları yada akşam saatlerinde nasıl bir doluluk var bilmiyorum yeme içme için tercih edilebilir. Mekana ait otopark dışında önünde ispark hizmetleri de mevcut. Kartal istikametinde sahil boyu yürüyüş imkanı da var.
I recommend it for those who will visit during the daytime during the week. It was pretty empty, the street side shops were empty, it's a pity, maybe the rents are high. The places overlooking the sea are beautiful. There are businesses in every type of cuisine. I don't know what kind of occupancy there is on weekends or in the evening, it can be preferred for eating and drinking. Apart from the parking lot belonging to the venue, parking services are also available in front of it. There is also the opportunity to walk along the coast in the direction of Kartal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pendik’te keyifle vakit geçirilecek yerlerden. Pandemi dönemiyle birçok yer kapansa da oturup keyifle vakit geçireceğiniz mekanlar hala mevcut. Ülkershop’un da olması eski Ülker ürünlerini arayanlar için fırsat :) Otoparkı oldukça geniş ve ilk 3 saat ücretsizdi en son. Mekanlar ise tabii işletmecilerine göre farklılık gösteriyor. Çocuklar için ufak bir oyun alanı da mevcut açık havada.
One of the places to spend time with pleasure in Pendik. Although many places are closed with the pandemic period, there are still places where you can sit and enjoy. Having Ülkershop is also an opportunity for those looking for old Ülker products :) The car park was quite large and the first 3 hours were free. The venues, of course, differ according to their operators. There is also a small playground for children outdoors.
