Yarım saatte onun gelmesini bekledim. Dışarısı kuyruk. I'm here right now in room 1. There are 30 tables inside, 15 of which are working. The other 15 are empty. Pasaport için ilgilenen beyefendi sanki düşmanıymışım gibi davrandı :) Hiçbir soru sormadan, bağırarak, çağırarak, azarlayarak memurluk oluyormuş burada gördüm. Bir daha yolumun düşmemesini diliyorum. I came for my address registration and passport procedures. Every time the address is in the registry, they say bring it and send it to 50 different places. The gentleman who took care of the passport acted as if I were his enemy :) I hope I never cross my path again.

Ben gittiğimde çok sakindi ama yerinde olması gereken memuru 30 dakika bekledim. Girişte danışma var. Danışmadan girdiğimde işi var 15 dk ya gelir bilgisi verildi. Bekledim fakat en son başka bir odadaki memura yarım saat oldu biraz fazla değil mi bu süre diye isyan ettiğimde aradılar geldi hemen. Tabi çağırılmış olmaktan yüzde yüz memnun olmayan bir ifade ile. İşlemim 5 dakika sürmedi. O kadar kendisini bekleyen ben olmama rağmen nezaketle teşekkür edip iyi günler diledim. Karşılık dahi vermedi memur. Başvuran vatandaş sayısı az olan bir kurum ve anladığım kadarı ile memurlar yerinde fazla durmuyor bundan kaynaklı. I went to the Pendik District Health Directorate within the population directorate. It does not work with the appointment system. It was very quiet when I went, but I waited 30 minutes for the officer who was supposed to be on the spot. There is a consultation at the entrance. Binaya giriş yapınca hes kodumuzu sorgulayan kişide disiplinli ve katıydı. Bu özelliğini sevdim. I came today for my driver's license. The lady officer who took care of me was nice, not bad. When we entered the building, the person who questioned our hes code was disciplined and strict. I like this feature.

No lines for the applicants to queue which make them fight each other . I hope they do like Fatih office .
