★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelin sitesi van ili merkezinde terzioğlu mevkiinde yer alıyor. Bir tarafı ikinisan caddesine diğer tarafı ise şehir stadyumuna bakıyor. Depremde bir bloğu yıkılan iki bloklu bu sitenin diğer bloğu güçlendirme yapılarak kullanıma verildi. Yıkılan blok ise kentsel dönüşüm çerçevesinde yapılmaya başladı. 9 katlı 2 bloktan oluşan bu site Van ilinin sayılı nezih sitelerinden birisi.
Pelin site is located in the center of the city of van, in the area of terzioğlu. One side overlooks the ikinisan street and the other side faces the city stadium. The other block of this site with two blocks, one of which was destroyed in the earthquake, was strengthened and put into use. The collapsed block began to be built within the framework of urban transformation. Consisting of 2 blocks with 9 floors, this site is one of the few decent sites in Van.
