Akan trafiği, insanların iş çıkış saatini, çocukların okuldan çıkış saatini falan hiç umursamazlar en yoğun saatlerde kaldırıma kamyon çekip hem kaldırımı hem yolu kapatarak mal indirirler. Marketlerinin önü açık kalsın diye park edilmesini önlemek için yola duba yerleştirirler.
Even 1 point is a lot actually. It is not a place befitting a county. They don't care about the flowing traffic, people's rush hour, the children's exit time from school, etc. They pull trucks to the sidewalk at the busiest hours and unload goods by closing both the sidewalk and the road. They set a barge on the road to prevent their grocery from being parked in order to keep it open.
