Tek eksikleri mahalle ortamının getirdiği şartlar sebebiyle vakum sistemleri yok. Kendi markaları varken, markalarını kullanmıyorlar. Markasız olarak mahalle esnafı, mahalle kasabı tarzında sucuk üretiyorlar.
Their sausages are great. Its taste leaves a real flavor on your palate. Spice mix, hot rate and meat quality are good. The price is also fine. 1kg sausage 35 TL. The only shortcoming is that there are no vacuum systems due to the conditions brought by the neighborhood environment. While they have their own brands, they don't use their brands. Unbranded, local tradesmen produce sausages in the style of neighborhood butcher.

Their meat is fresh and beautiful. But they do not pay attention to hygiene at all. They take minced meat with their glove-free hands and weigh them with the same hand.
