★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are robber...i buy ticket fly for meet my wife in Kazakhstan because shes pregnant but you put new rules and you ask me To get viza but unfortunatly nobody give viza for Kazakhstan because of coronavirus... i pay my ticket fly 265€ for nothing...and i should add 91€ more for change the date of flight...i hope you this company drowning ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not suggest to use pegasus airlines because they are selling airticket s and later informing that flight has been cancelled and if you ask refund they will tell it will under pandemic refund policy ( when flights will open date after two months) it is cheating with passengers because why you are selling air tickets during pandemic time and taking money from public. Millions of dollar collection. Passenger must care full this kind of cheating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management of the company! A month ago they didn't let me fly because of their rules. I lost another plane, a day at work and a lot of money buying new tickets! I was the transit passenger and did not need the covid test but by company rules you have to leave checked bags and they have told me that that is why when I pick up the suitcase I am no longer a transit traveler and I need the test done. I needed the test to pick up my suitcase and catch the other plane right away without leaving the airport!!! I already had the ticket and was showing them my check-in! You are non-professionals, you have left me with this problem at the airport without explaining everything well and offering neither help nor refund! I do not advise anyone to fly with Pegasus Airlines!

how can this person represent Pegasus? You have to review your staff. It is not for nothing that you are poorly rated like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst airlines ever, water and coffee by credit card, nothing is complimentary. Flight canceled and switched to another flight six hours later, without informing us by email or phone. People are jammed into the plane with no care for corona virus. Once in flight, flight attendants go to sleep. What a miserable airline, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Fatih Canpolat in the check-in/baggage drop was completely unhelpful and disrespectful.
After presenting my covid vaccine form, when he made me fill the form (that I planned to fill after getting the seat numbers) he forced me to put a random seat number in it, which I rejected, as it defeats the purpose of it... So, after asking politely to get the real seat number first, he insulted me by saying that he would sit me in the back of the plane to avoid "infecting" the other passengers.
All of that in Turkish, which I understand a little bit, but my wife translated it (as he rejected to speak English with me).
His overall attitude and behavior was the worst I have experienced with any airline in my life. Will never fly with Pegasus again thanks to him.
